Executive Director
Erin Truex has worked in development and management roles with non-profit organizations, universities, and foundations for over fifteen years. Erin serves on the board of Healing Abuse Working for Change (HAWC), a domestic violence prevention organization. Erin received her Masters in Social Work from Boston University and Bachelors of Social Work from Pacific Union College. Prior to joining Beverly Main Streets, Erin worked with Mabel Center for Immigrant Justice, LEAP for Education, Trinity Boston Connects, The Boston Foundation, and EdVestors. Erin is excited to lead Beverly Main Streets and find ways to engage all residents in the betterment of the city’s downtown.

Becki is a Beverly-based performer and artist with a love for theatre, cats, and all things nerdy! In the world of Beverly Main Streets, she plays a key part in planning and coordinating our events (both big and small!) as well as developing our community engagement programs, most notably those that affect the Arts and Culture District. She is proud to be a member of the BMS team and looks forward to continuing to serve the community of downtown Beverly!

Kari Boutcher keeps everything on the organization’s administrative side running smoothly, from facilitating our annual banner sponsorship program to coordinating Board and business meetings. As a Gordon graduate and local performer, she has a lot of love for Beverly and is glad to be working so closely with its residents and business community.
