Collaging for Self Care Workshop

Create a visual intention for self acceptance and/or celebration. This is an empowering creative opportunity to craft a personally meaningful message. Maybe it’s a thought you readily believe or maybe it’s a thought you would like to try on. Naturally, we will draw on self nurturing as we rebel against beliefs that no longer serve us.
