SUMMARY:The Art of Presence: Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy Group
DESCRIPTION:The Art of Presence is a 10-week mindfulness-based art therapy group for adults seeking a space to slow down\, reconnect with themselves\, and explore the creative process in a supportive community. \nThrough mindfulness practices\, art-making\, personal reflection\, and group conversation\, we will cultivate greater awareness\, self-compassion\, and creative expression. Sara founded this space to be an intentional place\, where we can slow down\, listen inward\, and engage creatively without pressure or expectation. A community-centered gathering place to find support\, inspiration\, and healing. \nMore info: \nGroup Time: Mondays\, 9am – 10:30am \nDates:\nSeptember 14\, 28 (skips Sept 21)\nOctober 5\, 12\, 19\, 26\,\nNovember 2\, 9\, 16\, 23 \nLocation:\nThe Space Between \nThe Bower\, Studio # 217\,\n248 Cabot Street\, Beverly \nCost The cost for the entire 10 weeks is $400.
