DESCRIPTION:The North Shore Philharmonic Orchestra (NSPO) is performing a Children’s Concert at First Baptist Church in Beverly on Saturday\, May 11th\, 2024! The festivities begin with an instrument petting zoo at 1:30 pm in the gym\, along with crafts\, and small student ensembles. At 3pm there will be a full orchestra concert in the FBC Sanctuary. Marshunda Smith leads the orchestra in a special version of Saint-Saens’ Carnival of the Animals and the Bach Double Violin Concerto. \nThis community-wide event is open to everyone\, although especially geared toward young children preschool and early elementary aged\, but again\, ALL ages are invited! Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at the link below on the NSPO website. You won’t want to miss this vibrant\, child-friendly musical event!

DESCRIPTION:We’re kicking off Holy Week and the weekend with pizza at 6 o’clock in the Narthex at FBC followed by our feature presentation “The Miracle Maker” at 7 o’clock in the Sanctuary! There will be dinner then movie snacks aplenty! SUMMARY:Parents' Night Out at FBC Beverly
DESCRIPTION:Drop your kids off for a FREE night of fun\, dinner & art/music with caregivers from 6:00-8:30 pm at the First Baptist Church in Beverly located at 221 Cabot Street\, Beverly\, MA 01915. \n*Volunteers will engage the youth in activities not unlike a progressive-minded Vacation Bible School.\n*Parents/Caregivers are encouraged to grab dinner\, meet friends\, run errands\, the possibilities are endless!\n*Everyone has a happy and fulfilling evening and feels renewed :)!\n*PNO is generally for children age 2 and above BUT we can often accommodate younger friends if we have advance notice; email jflowers@fbcbeverly.org if you are interested in dropping off a child younger than the age of 2. \nPNO groups run through Middle School age; high school students are often in attendance as assistants. \nThere is no need to preregister for PNO; when you arrive for drop-off\, you will sign your child in and\, if it’s your child(ren)’s first time attending with us\, you will be asked to fill out some medical information and permission form paperwork for them. If you have questions or would like more information ahead of time\, feel free to email jflowers@fbcbeverly.org.
