DESCRIPTION:Experience the healing combination of Yoga & Acupuncture! Join us for relaxing restorative Yoga class at the Healing Center with Katherine Oregel followed by an acupuncture treatment by Allison Camire of North Shore Acupuncture and Natural Medicine during savasana. This yoga class is entirely about letting go\, and slowing down. Find yourself completely at rest in body and mind as we passively stretch with the support of bolsters\, blocks\, blankets\, and Reiki energy healing. In addition\, during an extended savasana you will receive an acupuncture treatment. Acupuncture works to activate the body’s innate healing ability. During and after acupuncture treatment the body works to rebalance & restore harmony naturally. The effects of acupuncture can be felt immediately during and after an acupuncture treatment. During this class you’ll experience the deepest forms of relaxation due to the powerful combination of yoga and acupuncture. Look forward to seeing you there!
