BANNER PROGRAM ’26-’27


It’s that time of year again! Place your order for a 2026-2027 light pole banner now, and get ready for another year of promotion in Beverly’s downtown district. For just $365, your business or company’s name will be featured on a locally designed banner from spring 2026-spring 2027. That’s just $1/day!

*Please note when filling out your form: 42 characters or less (spaces included) is recommended for sponsor tag text. Submissions with more than 42 characters will be printed in a smaller font size, and may be difficult to read from the street.

WHAT: Two original designs created by a local artist (live, work, or study in Beverly)

WHEN: The chosen designs will be printed on a special run of banners that will be hung in downtown from spring 2026 – spring 2027

HOW: Email TWO concept sketches, a brief description of your proposed designs, and a link to your portfolio or other work to info@bevmain.org by 4pm on Friday 11/07

We are not looking for completed art pieces at this stage, but a general sense of style, layout, color palette, and concept. The chosen artist will receive a $300 stipend

SPECIFICATIONS: The final artworks must measure 28” x 72”.

There will be a 4.5” pole pocket at the top and bottom, so it is advised that key details of the artwork be kept a safe distance from the edges. Whether produced digitally or traditionally, the images must be able to be reproduced at the print size with adequate clarity.

You must leave space for our logo to be superimposed over your art, either near the top or bottom of the designs. You are welcome to include your own logo, website, or Instagram handle somewhere in the designs.

Guidelines for subject matter are open. Our goal is to display work that reflects the creativity of our artistic community. As long as your proposed design does not feature graphic content or copyright infringement, anything goes!
