Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), Wangari Fahari. Join us to hear from Wangari and to engage in small, facilitated dialogue groups about the successes, challenges,

We offer these monthly facilitated dialogues on a variety of topics where diverse residents can learn about and discuss challenging topics. Our dialogues help participants speak in a way so that others can listen and listen in order to connect more deeply with others. These conversations are a great way to cultivate trust and build a dialogic culture, recognizing that mutual understanding, not agreement, is the foundation of any healthy community.
