This event is designed for the woman who is ready to pursue her dreams, her passion, but not entirely sure where to start. We’re bringing together a panel of experts from various backgrounds that will share strategies, tools, and the ins & outs of building a brand/company.
At this event you will learn about brand design, social media presence, developing a business strategy, creating a polished LinkedIn profile and resume, and navigating the financial realm of business.

Fran Goldstein
Fran Goldstein is known as the “Renaissance” woman by colleagues, clients & friends. Her ability to adapt to the mercurial world of recruiting has successfully kept her “in the game” for over 25 years. Fran helps clients redefine their professional brand, successfully navigate the search process and interview more confidently. Her technique integrates recruiting best practices with current search engine optimization. The result is a current, polished LinkedIn profile, resume, cover letter, interview platform and negotiation strategy. Fran’s down-to-earth nature and empathetic perspective has created very loyal & long-standing business relationships that keep coming back to Fran for her expertise.
Amanda Goedde
Amanda Goedde is a movement instructor on the North Shore, and an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the fitness and wellness space. She advocates for showing up to spaces as authentically as possible, and her classes and work are proof of this. Her goal is to create spaces that are welcoming and inclusive for everybody and every body where they feel safe to express their authentic selves.
Molly Merluzzi
Molly Merluzzi is the principal and founder of MM Consulting, an independent strategic marketing firm based on the north shore of Boston, MA, and the founder and co-host of the Riveting Broads podcast, a women-centric platform that tackles topics such as gender, identity, race, religion, politics, sexuality and everything in between. She is a professional speaker, activist and consultant that focuses on powerful, self-aware and momentum-building content creation and story-telling strategies. Lucia Shannon
Lucia has over 15 years working at start-up and mid-market privately-held companies, enhancing operational efficiency with a focus in Finance and Human Resources. Lucia has experience working with venture capital firms to secure funding and was previously appointed Secretary & Treasurer to the board of directors.
Education: B.S.C. in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Babson College.
Mai-lis Tria
Mai-Lis lives in Nahant with her husband, twin boys and boston terrier Oto. She runs a boutique design & branding agency where she specializes in packaging and brand design for products in the food, beverage & wellness industries. She has been working in the design field for over 10 years and works with a number of small businesses looking to establish a successful brand as well as well-known national brands.
