Every dish on the Soall menu is inspired by the home cooking of both women’s mothers… but there are so many more foods that they have to share! This is a chance to cook variations on favorites that you recognize and to introduce foods that have never been cooked at Soall before. These foods will be familiar to Vietnamese families and represent staples of authentic comfort foods, street foods, and homecooking delights. The menu is unpretentious and humble and includes favorites such as beef jerky papaya salad, a specialty spring roll and tiramisu to end the evening.
