Moving to Los Angeles in 1986 brought Television credits and allowed her to open for comics like Jerry Seinfeld, Rich Shydner, Paula Poundstone, and recently Maria Bamford & Arsenio Hall. In the last 10 years, Rice has found her niche in fundraising and organizing charity events such as the first-ever St. John’s Comedy Festival held in her own neighborhood of N. Portland.
