
On Saturday, July 26 from 5:30-9:30pm, Beverly Main Streets is hosting their annual Block Party on Cabot St in Downtown Beverly. Enjoy live music, grab a bite from local food vendors, refresh yourself with some beer, wine, or nonalcoholic beverages, and visit community partners tabling at the event. This year’s event includes performances from Big Ol’ Dirty Bucket, Dred Buffalo, Gold Velvet Sofa, Raspberry Jam, and Reset Button.
Entry to this event is a suggested $5 donation. Anyone planning to drink alcohol must have a valid driver’s license or Massachusetts ID with them. A variety of beer options will be for sale by local breweries Backbeat, Coastal Mass, Gentile, and Old Planters. The Bottle Shop will be offering wine, and Hidden Path Brew will have nonalcoholic beer for sale.
In addition to the main event, Beverly Main Streets will be hosting a VIP Party in partnership with The Cabot at BevCam (261 Cabot St) from 5:30pm-9:30pm. Admission is $60 and includes small bites, two cocktails, a short-form video booth, a livestream of the mainstage from the comfort of air conditioning, access to private restrooms, and a very special meet-and-greet with honored guest Peppy the Horse. Cabot St will be closed to regular traffic from its intersection with Federal St to its intersection with Pond St, starting at 3:30pm and ending at 10:30pm. Police detours will be in place, and parking options will be limited. Visitors are advised to walk, bike, or use public transit to access the event.
