Join us Saturday April 5th from 4 – 6 pm for Embroidery Basics!
In this introductory class we will create our own embroidery stitch samplers so that you can practice various stitches and have a tangible record of them. There will be a selection of stick-and-stitch patterns available for you to try your hand at stitching onto clothing, or bring your own inspiration pictures so we can turn them into a pattern! If you’d like to stitch on a specific piece of clothing, please bring it.
All materials will be provided. The photos included in this post are examples and will not necessarily be what you make!
What to expect:
$45 fee includes all materials; embroidery hoops, needles, fabric, floss will be provided.
attendees will walk away with an introductory understanding of how to begin your own embroidery journey
baked treats and seltzers will be provided
folks can bring their samplers home on the same day
