Endicott College proudly presents Salad, a captivating installation by New York–based artist Yuko Nishikawa. Featuring around thirty mobiles created from projects since 2021, Salad combines fresh greens, crisp yellows, and juicy oranges in an appetizing mix that refreshes the senses.
Crafted from recycled photographers’ background paper, Yuko’s lightweight sculptures balance color, texture, and form in mesmerizing motion—turning gently with the air currents of the gallery. Inspired by her 100-day painting project during the 2020 lockdown, Salad embodies transformation, lightness, and the joy of discovery.
