ZACH NUGENT
It usually only takes one show to understand why Zach Nugent is one of the most sought after guitarists in the live music scene. Since touring as de-facto Garcia expert with Melvin Seals & JGB, he continues to build his dedicated following, putting together and leading multifaceted groups for special runs and festival appearances. Never one to shy away from new and challenging ideas, his performances promise intensity and beauty in the delivery of the music that he’s built a reputation with.
SUNSHINE GARCIA
Ever inventive in her drive to deliver songs from the heart that feel authentic to the core, SUNSHINE (GARCIA) BECKER is a multi-talented musician and songwriter who has had much of her success in the Jam band genre of Rock & Roll music. She toured nationally with the Grateful Dead’s spin-off band Furthur, and later with Melvin Seals (Jerry Garcia’s surviving organist) & JGB Band. Sunshine continues to perform with many Bay Area jam bands including Zigaboo Modeliste, String Cheese Incident, Mark Karan, & Everyone Orchestra, singing to sold out crowds wherever people come to dance, celebrate and leave uplifted.
VINNIE AMICO
“Especially after Jim Loughlin returned to the band as a percussionist a few years later, Vinnie was able to help create one of the most unique and powerful rhythm sections on the jam-band circuit.” “At times, he has a gentle touch, too, helping guide moe.’s more Americana- and country-oriented songs and playing with moe.’s guitarist Al Schnier in their side-project Floodwood. That mixture of well-crafted songs and fierce improvisation has been one of moe.’s calling cards since their earliest days playing around the Capital Region.” – Relix co-Editor-in-Chief Mike Greenhaus
