Join us Saturday November 8th from 12-2pm for an afternoon of learning hemming basics! Learn three ways to hem an edge by hand (running, catch, and blind stitches) and meet a new friend while you’re here! Your instructor will bring a sewing machine along for those thick fabrics and double folds.
You can bring your own clothes to mend or you can practice on the materials available in the class!
Students will learn:
-new information on how to hem your clothes without a sewing machine
-a few practice examples of three different kinds of stitches
-All materials including snacks will be provided!
