Join us for a very intriguing and exciting season opener! 1801 to 1804 was a very fertile period for Beethoven and we find him recycling one simple theme heard throughout each of the pieces on this concert program – his Twelve Contradances, ballet music from The Creatures of Prometheus and Beethoven’s groundbreaking Symphony No. 3 where it is transformed into something other-worldly.
